Introduction
Connect your healthcare platform to NezerCare: enroll patients, put the widget on your site, and take the cases that need a clinician into your own systems.
Before your first call
API keys, webhooks and patient features turn on once your organization has signed its BAA. An owner or administrator signs it in the dashboard under Settings. Then create a sandbox key under Integrations.
Where to start
- Enroll patientsSend lifecycle events from your system of record.
- Patient widgetEmbed the widget and sign patients in.
- Clinical casesTake a case into your clinical system and report back.
- Verify webhooksCheck the signature, then deduplicate.
- Workflow callsAnswer the calls a workflow makes to your systems.
How it fits together
Your system stays the system of record. NezerCare works between it and your patients:
- Your backend enrolls a patient with a
patient.createdevent, keyed by an ID you already use. - Patients use NezerCare through the widget on your website. Check-ins arrive by email and open in the widget.
- When a check-in needs a clinician, NezerCare opens a case and sends a signed
clinical_case.openedwebhook to your endpoint. - Your clinical system answers
processed, reports progress, messages the patient, and resolves the case explicitly.
API reference
Every endpoint and event, with fields, examples and errors, comes from one OpenAPI file. Download it to import into Postman or generate a client. Authentication covers keys, environments and retries.
